Services We Provide

We offer professional landscaping services in DeSoto, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting.

When you request a quote, we will provide a detailed estimate. Once you approve it, we will schedule your service. Changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, we reserve the right to pursue collection and may charge interest on unpaid balances.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service call fee.

For recurring maintenance services, you can cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. We will complete any scheduled visits during that period.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and securing pets during our visit. Please inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hazards on your property.

While we take every precaution, you agree that we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage to unmarked utilities. We recommend having utilities marked before any excavation work.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work and will address any issues resulting from our services. For plant installations, we offer a 30-day warranty against plant death due to installation errors. This does not cover damage from weather, pests, or improper care.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.

Weather and Delays

Weather conditions in Texas can be unpredictable. We may need to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather that could compromise quality or safety. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
